Dr. Gerald F. Abbott is a thoracic radiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and a senior lecturer at the Harvard Medical School. He is also on the faculty of the American Institute of Radiologic Pathology (formerly the A.F.I.P.) and currently serves as President of the Society
of Thoracic Radiology (STR). He is the co-author of numerous medical publications, including four textbooks of thoracic imaging.
